Renters can utilize the provided link to submit complaints regarding landlords who fail to make necessary repairs or address maintenance concerns within their unit. This includes reporting any safety or security issues that may impact their well-being, such as broken locks, faulty wiring, water issues, infestations or unsafe living conditions. The link also allows renters to report emergencies in a timely manner and provide general feedback about their rental experience, ensuring that concerns are documented and addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that the HOA is not able to get involved in any financial or rent-related matters between renters and landlords. Our role is limited to supporting residents with concerns related to maintenance, safety, and security within the community. Any reported issues will be promptly communicated to the co-owners or property owners for resolution, as maintaining the wellbeing and integrity of our community asset remains a top priority.
